Currently the Global Consumer Engagement & Digital Director at Dorel Juvenile, I facilitate the Digital Transformation of the company through strategy implementation, brand awareness building and consumer engagement as the key drivers in the digital omni-channel arena.

My mission is to drive the company into a new model based on DATA, analytics and consumer engagement to increase direct sales to consumer. My ambition is to enhance consumer experience beyond traditional B2C and B2B models, into a simpler expression: Human2Human.

I am perceived as a team leader and strategic thinker, who is detail-oriented, energetic, diplomatic and creative among co-worker. As a team leader, I encourage new possibilities and motivate the team to make them happen.
